From ranking to recommendation

AI search, GEO & AEO.

Make your organisation clear, credible and citable wherever AI systems answer buying questions.

The opportunity

AI search rewards brands that are easy to identify, richly explained and supported by consistent evidence. We improve the information layer that helps answer engines retrieve, understand and recommend you.

Our work is rigorous enough for technical teams, clear enough for decision-makers and always connected to the customer journey. You will know what we are doing, why it matters and what we learned.

What the work can include

A complete view,
sharply prioritised.

  1. 01AI visibility and citation baseline
  2. 02Entity, topic and source-gap analysis
  3. 03Answer-ready content architecture
  4. 04LLMs.txt and machine-readable guidance
  5. 05Off-site corroboration and reputation signals
How this work creates value

Built around the problem,
not the acronym.

AI search optimisation improves the evidence that answer engines can retrieve when they need to explain, compare or recommend an organisation. The work begins with conventional crawlability and indexation, then examines entity consistency, topical coverage, quotable answers and corroboration across trusted third-party sources.

GEO and AEO are useful labels for a changing field, but there is no single piece of AI markup that earns inclusion. We concentrate on durable signals: accurate facts, explicit relationships, well-supported expertise, structured information and pages that answer the follow-up questions people actually ask.

We also establish a realistic visibility baseline. That may include prompt-set testing, citation tracking and referral analysis, with the limitations documented. The aim is to learn where your organisation is absent, misunderstood or unsupported, then improve the underlying information environment.

A strong fit for

When this service
earns its place.

  • Brands that rarely appear in generated recommendations
  • Complex services that AI systems describe inaccurately
  • Organisations with strong expertise but weak entity signals
  • Teams aligning SEO, PR, content and structured data
Service questions

Useful answers,
up front.

What is the difference between GEO and AEO?+

GEO usually refers to generative engine optimisation, while AEO refers to answer engine optimisation. In practice they overlap: both improve how clearly and credibly a brand can be retrieved, understood and represented in generated answers.

Is llms.txt enough for AI search visibility?+

No. LLMs.txt can provide useful machine-readable orientation, but it does not replace crawlability, indexable pages, strong content, entity clarity or third-party evidence. Major search platforms do not require it for inclusion.

Can AI search visibility be measured?+

It can be sampled and trended, provided the limits are clear. We combine repeatable prompt sets, observed citations, platform referrals and conventional search data rather than treating a single generated answer as a stable ranking.
